EdgeMax focuses on mastering the non-interactive stations of PEBC Qualifying exam part II.
There are two types of non-interactive stations:
1- Screening new prescriptions
– Objective: To effectively and safely screen new Rx to identify and describe any errors, omissions or DTPs in order to allow safe and accurate product dispense.
– There are 5 Rx to be screened on this station and some might contain 1 OR more problems to be resolved.
2- Checking prepared prescriptions
– Objective: To check prepared medications and identify any corrections needed to be made before releasing the medication to patient.
– There are 4 prepared medications to be assessed on this station and some might have 1 OR more problems to be corrected.
